Comparing Different Kinds of Laptop Based on Features and Functions
Choosing what laptop computer to buy is somehow a tough ordeal. In order to arrive at a decision, you must know your options. One way to be able to do that is to compare them according to their use. Knowing the different sorts of laptop computer and comparing their features, price, and functions will help you make up your mind which one you must get. It is important to make the right choice since some of the laptops around have same price but with different features. Doing so will let you determine where you should spend your money when buying your first or maybe next laptop unit. Here is a general comparison of different types of laptop computer based on their functions.
Ultraportable Laptops
Most of the ultraportable laptops available have 12-inch screens or lesser, but are bigger than netbooks. Netbooks are small and portable but they are considered as all-purpose laptops because they have the capacities of word processing, limited gaming and web browsing but their performance is slower particularly when it involves multitasking.
Ultraportables are getting more improved that they can compete with some of the older all-purpose laptop models as mobile technology gets on the rise. However their small and sleek screen sizes may impede productivity. It's only best to choose to buy them if you're fond of travelling and you want to take a digital companion.
Power Laptops
Power laptops, similar to those manufactured by well-known laptop computer brands, remain to be the most powerful laptop computers among the other types mentioned. This is due to the fact that bigger size units allow more components or features to be installed. But there are things that you may need to take a look at before buying one. A 17-inch laptop computer for instance, is a bit bigger and heavier to carry around compared to the all-purpose and ultraportable laptops. They are also the most expensive and you may only want to consider them if you like to install the latest games or if you plan to use it as portable desktop.
All-Purpose Laptops
All-Purpose laptops refer to models having a standard size. They come with an array of features just enough for an average user to take advantage of and enjoy. Also, they are powerful systems ready for gaming, and internet use as well as other productive purposes like audio and video, and graphic or image editing.
These models are fairly priced with the older ones or those that don't include the operating system as the cheapest or most affordable laptops for sale. Although considered as "mid-range" system, all-purpose laptops are good buys for those who are not sure what they'll use the laptop for or for new users.
Many of the latest all-purpose laptops do have great specs, some of them are capable of playing good 3D games. It's wise to choose them rather than the power laptops and the ultraportables, especially if you don't have much money to spend. Be sure to keep updated with the cutting-edge trends since all the three types are constantly innovating each month.

Cheapest 3D printer on the market?
There are a lot of commercial 3D printers currently availble, but they are all over 1000 euros.
I keep on bumping into some home-made 3D printers like RepRap which seem like the way to go.
So I wanted to ask if anyone knows the cheapest of the cheapest 3D printers out there? Don't care about anything else. The cheaper the better.
Thank you

what is the cheapest 3d printer out there?
Yes, I know they are expensive, but I heard there are mini ones. The reason I want one is to make guitar picks (cause there so freakin expensive) and various little guitar parts etc. So a link and brand name would be great, I have very little knowledge on them so knowledge and parts/plastic needed that are compatible with the printer would be great. Thanks in advance
